Cheater or not?!

So, my question is: If anybody write here a thread blaiming somebody to be a cheater, what happens next? Will be a list of cheaters, like cheaterhell, where you can search? ... The site wich is acused should be very good checked before added to that list, and is the owner remove the cheating stuff, the site should be also removed from that list, and if it cheating again it should remain permanently on the cheaters list .... what do you thinkj about my proposals ... ?

No. This thread is a supplement to main CJLog service (our blacklist, users blacklists, rating and comments, board tracker). We blacklist sites only when we see real proof of cheating or viruses.
So this section is the same cheaters' section as in other forums - some users posting cheaters they think and other people are discussing it :)
